honestly I am having exactly the same situation. I also received the MR on May 2, which I have done medical exam in early March. I submitted the medical exam letter through web form about 1.5months ago. Nothing got back to me. I am wondering the same. Could someone help with this?

Hi, I wonder how you submitted your upfront medical certificate. Did you submit it through webform? If you submitted from webform, what did you select and include in the enquiry? Also, what is the "acknowledgement receipt of medical"? Is that the auto-reply confirming you sent them the message...
