    hi! just want to ask. For the medical if I had previous hospitalization but not because of a serious illness for example just because of hyperacidity, lbm, vomiting, do I need to provide a medical certificate of my confinement? Thank you! =)

    thanks... do you mean BOARD CERTIFICATE? Are you also a nurse? I think so too, I'll just listen to my agency. hehe Things like this make me paranoid. hehehe But i guess you are right, in the document checklist, it also mentions that a professional certificate is needed not a license.
