Received notification this morning that passport has been dispatched. Also the application status changed to Approved. Hopefully will get passports back within a couple days. Passport submitted - March 7 Reached IRCC Delhi - March 10 Status changed to Approved in GcKey - March 27 Passport...

Did you get your passport back? I submitted mine on March 7, reached IRCC Delhi on March 10 and no updates yet.

Mine is Vancouver too. I think nothing is certain in this process - different document requests and timelines for people.

I received an email, the passport request letters were attached as word document to it. Nothing came up in gckey except Background check changed to in progress (before it was something along the lines - it has not yet started…) Later in the day I received Pre Arrival in my gckey account.

Hm.. I didn’t notice before that I have both these points mentioned in the letters. I received 3 letters anyway for all three members and sent 3 packages for visa stamping.

This is your passport request. You will not get a separate letter. You should receive letters for all applicants. For me, I received a letter for each person - main applicant and 2 dependents, so 3 in total, each letter has the person’s name and address, etc., on the top.

A question about passport request - they put my mother’s last name on the letter but she doesn’t have it on her passport. What do I do? Go ahead and submit the passport along with the request letter, and send a webform explaining this?

I did. Received pre arival email today just a few hours ago. Got the passport request email in the morning.
