I'm not sure there is any recourse. Unfortunately this is why I always recommend DIYing instead of paying lots of money to "professionals" who can still mess up your application.

Just find another app. There are a lot that don't add watermarks. I used ClearScanner on Android.

I finally got my PPR! :D Timeline April 28 - AOR May 25 - MEP/BIL June 20 - All complete on Tracker September 19 - Final decision on GCKey September 22 - PPR in email & GCKey VO - RROC

The glitch with payment happens sometimes to people, you can probably find posts about it. Basically you have to wait a few hours and it will show you the option to pay again.

Sounds like it glitched out and you missed it. Probably nothing to do but hope for another ITA.

I got the Final Decision on GCKey! :D RROC is really cleaning out the backlog this week. Waiting for COPR number and PPR next!

The waiting is somehow worse today, now that I know most April AORs in RROC got the Final Decision, compared to yesterday when I wasn't expecting anything. Really hope I get it later.
