Has anyone used PRTD twice? my PRTD was issued in May 2022 and I have used it already once in June this year. I will go out of Canada again and will come back a month later. my prtd says the expiration date is May 2023. Should i apply prtd again or can I use the one I have right now?

Hello there. I am waiting for my first pr card. My partner’s and my photos were rejected and re-applied on March 5th. My partner’s card had arrived on April 4th but mine hasn’t:/. I am currently outside of Canada. Does anyone know what phone number I should call to talk to ircc?
