I had the same issue when submitting my parents' documents. the solution was to have 2 envelopes inside another one. My parents' letter was very clear that we had to have it all in the same package, so that's what we did. Hope it helps

Does anyone know what is the expire date of the PR Visa? It is one year after completion of the medical or 1 year after medical approval?

Yes, your mother can come to Canada as a visitor but will need to "land" again to complete the PR process after your father completes his landing as PR.

Congrats!!! You got the passport back, so now is time to do the landing... Don't worry about the email, most likely it was a bureaucracy cleaning.

I'd send all the documentation you have, that should be enough to satisfy the immigration agent. Good luck!

They can still ask for the PPC, and if I were you I'd send it upfront. That way when they get to your file again, there is nothing else missing and hopefully your parents get approval faster.

It was actually on the sponsor approval letter. It stated that I was approved as a sponsor and that the case was being transferred to London

My file was transferred there as well back in April. Since that, I have received the Medical in September and nothing else till this morning when they confirm the receipt of the PCC I sent in September.

Received the same email this morning!
