For me, got the “passport printed” status on May 4th. May 6th status changed to “in transit from consulate to BLS “. Received my passport this morning.

Once passport is printed, track status on BLS website. The status says “ passport in transit from consulate to BLS” once it has been sent.

Happening to me for the last two days. But I thought it was only because processing of my passport has been completed.

Hahahaa.. That's what I thought. The police came home for verification today. Let's see how long it will take from now.

Thank you for the info. My parents visited the area branch office today. They said the request was still at the commissioner's office and hadn't yet been forwarded to the branch. The police there asked multiple unrelated questions, asked for my adhaar card, marriage certificate, and a passport...

I got the status of "Passport application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate" on April 15th. Got the email for police verification on April 23rd.
