Hello, FYI we got a reply for the webform claiming delays due to covid, etc. etc. and that we need to wait. I still believe this is insane that 2 cards from the same application can be produced more than 3 months apart...!?

Hi, we got eCOPR on April 14, I the primary applicant got the card in May but for my wife the status on the IRCC account is still Submitted. On the PR portal the status is in review for both of us...? We sent a webform 2-3 weeks ago but so far no response.

Hello! We received our eCOPR with my wife April 14 and I got my PR card May 20, for my wife the status is still submitted. Has anyone seen something like this? How can 1 card be delayed with more than a month from the same application...? Daniel

If the baby was born in Canada then this does not matter much. For us I sent the birth cert via the webform and it took them like 7 weeks to answer, by that time we accidently got the CoPR as well. If you are outland then this does not help.
