    Applying for Visitor Visa while SOWP processing still in progress

    I have applied for SOWP and it is taking so long. Is it possible to apply for Visitor Visa using the new portal while the SOWP still in progress? Will that effect the SOWP processing? How likely that I will get the approval for the visitor visa? any thoughts will be appreciated
