hi there we did the oath on may 19 and now the application is closed in the tracker ! i have seen on this forum many people asking when the application gets closed ! is there any reference for this ? why do people ask this question? application is closed means the certificate got mailed out...

got the ceremony invite today for the 19 of may and the time specified is 12:30 atlantic day time while we are in montreal which is eastern time !is that normal? i think we should do the conversion ourselves and the time would be 11:30 eastern standard time ?
