No problem. It's a new system that was just released on the PR portal so people don't know about it.

It says on the ircc website that you can not have 2 applications for PRTD in process. So I would not recommend applying again online on the PR portal.

Go to your PR portal and you will see at the top PR CARD/PRTD APPLICATION " It's a new thing.

You can log in to your PR portal and there is now a tab at the top that says "PR CARD/PRTD APPLICATION. I applied there last week.

Ahh ok. I applied through my PR portal. And they got back to me within a week.

I applied for PRTD via my PR portal on 16th June and ircc just asked for my passport so I sent it yesterday. The consulate of Canada here in the clu try I'm visiting sent me an email and asked me when I want to return and I said asap.

About to hopefully get my biometrics done soon. How soon after is COPR usually granted? I've seen varying timelines so just wondering what it is at the moment.
