Lawyer is advising to withdraw my wife’s TR to PR application , is this good idea at this point?

I actually I discussed with 4 different lawyers and 2 of them saying yes you are inadmissible and 2 said it’s nothing like that ( I am admissible). We are really very confused. No expulsion order , no any misrepresentation information received

No she didn’t apply for me but she just mentioned in her file that her husband is in this status. Then Immigration requested all of my documents including my medical , processing fee , biometrics , pcc everything Now they sent an email informing that you are inadmissible.

They just mentioned that under section 41 a , your spouse (me) is inadmissible which means you are also not admissible. I don’t know why
