My language skills, physical presence, and prohibitions activity status were all updated in the tracker on Sept 2nd. Everything is now complete except for the citizenship ceremony.

Yes I'm in the same position - AOR received December, BG completed soon after on January 18th, then nothing.

I've tried calling IRCC twice and I can't get through to speak to anyone. I used options 1-1-1-4-1 after entering UCI# but didn't get anywhere. Incredibly frustrating! I'm considering just submitting a web form anyway and just be done with it.

Thanks, I will call them. The likelihood of my test being scheduled while I am away is very low, but better safe than sorry!

What's the quickest way to contact IRCC to let them know I will be out of the country for a few weeks? I've heard that web forms won't be read for weeks, sometimes months. I'm only going away (on vacation) for three weeks, and there has been no progress on my application since my background...
