Same case here as well. I have submitted those requested forms on email but no response yet. The application portal says returned since I received that email.

How do you use F12 trick on the application page? I finally received an update on my application today 3rd May. They have returned the application and requested 5768 and 5406 again.

Applied for my parents on 22nd Nov 2021 and yet to receive any update. Anyone still on same boat?
