Sharing the timelines for my application: Application received by passport office by mail :28 Feb 2022 CC charged : 17 March Passport received : 13th April 2022 Certificate to be received 2 days later as per passport office . No travel dates declared

You can get replies on twitter directly from them if you post your question and ask them directly. I tweeted and got the reply they don’t notify at all .

Have you filed a complaint 3 months delay is way too much to wait

Took 2 hours 450 callers ahead called around 9:30 am . I just put my phone on charge and left it unattended till I was some where close to 30 callers behind
