Not sure why there is discrepancy, but my friend she was referring the status in CIC account which seemed to be the correct one. (She got message said DM & Mailed in CIC account on 23-Mar, her card arrived today)

Update: Just received my card today. Coincidently, my friend also get her card today, her DM & Card Mail date is also 23-MAR, imo, this means the DM & Card Mail date is real.:D

another applicant got the status on 23 Mar. Magic day.

Maybe the Decision was Made on Friday, the email was triggered Saturday. (email is usually triggered 1 day after)

So it means from ECAS it's said DM, but after linking to your CIC account, it tells the status just submitted?

Thanks, this can be a reason: The applicants tried to link on the basis of the filled text in the form > The system identify on the basis of what officer inputs. There could be differences.

Hmm I have no idea then. For my situation, what I can remember is: I got AoR email from CIC about 1 month after the application sent, then I registered a new CIC account, in the linking process, I filled the Application Number provided in the CIC email title (starts with R*********) and filled...

I'm not a professional, but I think you may try to link your application with your account, this shall be successful coz you got AoR. After successfully linked yours, then try to link your wife's account with hers, if successful, IMO that means of AoR as well.

If you've linked the application to your account, the message will be displayed in same day of DM under your account. Just like above member said, the message is: "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."
