Given that you are out of status only 10 days, you should be within the window to restore your status. Apply for the "OWP under the TR to PR Pathway" (see below). If for some reason you are not able to, at least apply for a Visitor's Visa (updated visitor's record and you might also need to...

Please be advised that the status in the PR Confirmation Portal will continue to display as “Ready for Review” until...

REGARDING MEDICAL STATUS UPDATES: Just a reminder that sometimes a Medical status update is only an automated extension of the validity of your last Medical. IRCC has done this many times over the past several years (through temporary policies) as a one of the means of improving processing...

Mine took over 2 weeks but things may have slowed down a bit (summer vacations??). I call IRCC as follows: 1-888-242-2100, then 1-(UCI#)-1, then 3-2-0. It usually takes several attempts, but I have way more success now than I did in 2022.

If they have truly passed everything, they could be waiting to process the final decision ‘button’ based on the number of people in that queue, or the back logs in the regional landing office your file will be sent to, or maybe things have slowed due to summer vacations. No one knows for sure.

Unless you want to get lawyers involved, you have done what you can if you have called IRCC, sent a webform & contacted your MP. If you have also requested GCMS notes, which may give you a hint of what’s going on, you have nothing left to do but wait. Good luck!

If you were in Canada, it would generally be a day or 2 up to a week. I’m not as knowledgeable about the process for those who are out of country but my understanding is that they will pause the landing process until you are back in Canada so I would try to get back as soon as possible. They are...

Answer the questions truthfully including that you are not in Canada right now & in your home country. There is a special policy in place that you cannot be denied PR for being out-of-country under the TR to PR Pathway because IRCC recognizes that not everyone had resources or permits to outlast...

That depends: if your dependents are out-of-country, IRCC can request updated medicals if their medical records are over a year old. (There has been some leniency here but they can actually ask for updated medicals at anytime if they have concerns.) If so, request new medicals. if your...

Well, that is good news. If that comment on your GCMS notes is 'old', it appears that perhaps the 'further review' on status and eligibility has happened or is in progess because ADR's are coming in and your file is continuing to be processed. Best wishes!

To get a few obvious things out of the way, is all of your contact info (especially email) up to date with IRCC? Have you been checking your junk/spam mail? It's possible that if you did not respond to an initial PR Confirmation email that they have put your file on hold or, as they did for...
