    Typ Typically the Pre Arrival letter is tied in with the PA's eligibility passing on the New Portal. Meaning the proof of relationship, cohabitation (if required etc) was assessed. I our case the background check was last after med, bio and sponsor approval and prearrival letter. Best Wishes

    Mine never worked until I tried my middle name along with my first for the 'given name' field. Give it a shot. PA side has more stages and therefore more info than the Sponsor side. No hyphens for the UCI (tried that too thinking it was the issue).

    Ahh, I see, what a pain, probably someone at IRCC made a typo. Well at least you can get into the PA side of the portal, that has more details that the other tracking tools don't. Good luck! I'm hopeful that the next stages of the process will continue to move along swiftly.

    @sean468 You'll be able to use the New PR Portal if you use your first and middle name under the "first name" field possibly try state/province name for place of birth too. The PA account will have a breakdown of all the constituent processing steps (Medical, Biometrics, Eligibility, and...
