No fix timeline after ADR but most probably you should hear in 30 days after ADR

Is it been more than a year since you did your last medical?

It means your file has been reopened, is you medical expired?

This is something new , till now I have that if they are willing to settle early then they give settlement offer after record filing within 1-2 months

Iam just waiting for rule 9 as of now, I was Just willing to know that after application record is filed how many weeks Maximum IRCC takes to give settlement offer if they are to give it.

Hi I saw you got settlement offer in 15-18 days, any idea maximum how many weeks it takes to receive settlement offer.

My lawyer informed me that there are very rare chances that study permit goes for hearing.

My lawyer told me that applying for rule 9 will be quicker then GCMS , I have my previous 5 refusals for study visa , all the time I applied for GCMS and received within max 40 days time . I don't know what to do , should I apply for GCMS now or wait for rule 9 as the request was sent to IRCC...
