I got a response from New Delhi visa office that case is closed there and file is pending with virtual landing unit in canada got ppr on sep 22 submitted webform sep 23 submitted another webform in october and again in nov sent mail to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca in october...

yes..PPR..outland application but currently inland, so submitted details via webform for virtual landing..no response yet
