I don’t think they need verification. It’s like a passport and they don’t need to be translated or verified by notary public.

For your first question, as long as the translation done by certified translator in Canada there is no need to be notarized.

The online tracker is not working in my case. It says no application found.

You don’t need to go to the notary or police for the travel document if you have a guarantor and references.

Best thing to do is to call IRCC. I had the same issue and the agent helped me to link my application.
