Nope. ICT WP are provenance specific since minimum wage differs in each. I think you can initiate a transfer of visa to work in another provenance.

NOC 0213 is managers level so your company would have specified if it is GSS while filing. Since it is LMIAE then ideally by April 10 you should get PPR.

Yes 2173 timelines observed to be 6-8 weeks from Biometric or 4-5 weeks from Medical updated. GSS category had 2 week processing time earlier now it's 6-8 weeks. LMIAE number helps in expedited processing as well which otherwise had taken 3.5 months to my colleagues.

Best guess, NOC 2174 comes under skill level A, Infosys should register under GSS. It is mentioned in your Offer letter. You may get PPR around March 20-25.I filed 7 days after yours' , from Infosys. Do let us here know when you get PPR.
