I am also still waiting, applied on Oct 29, 2021. It was transferred to the Edmonton CIC office on Mar 11, 2022, and no more updates.

I just hope I can get any of them asap. I didn't request the GCMS notes yet, but will do it soon.

I applied CEC, so I don't have the PNP nomination issue. I don't understand why they transferred my bowp application to Edmonton. My lawyer just told me to keep waiting. My current bowp status shows they are reviewing my eligibility. Don't know how long it will take.

Thanks for the advice. Do you mean I can go to the border for solving my BOWP issue? Is there any information showing how to do that? I heard this from my friend before, but don't know how to do it.

Thanks for the reply. I am waiting for BOWP to join a new company, it's already too long for me to wait. I am thinking if I can ask the company to apply a closed work permit for me instead.

Hi, I applied for my BOWP on Oct 29th, 2021. Today I received an email saying my work permit application has been transferred to the Canada Immigration Centre located in Edmonton for processing. Does anyone know what this means? Is this a bad sign? Thanks.
