If you get the invitation email from the Oath you see on the Affirmation of Citizenship they indicate the email address where it has to be send back . I don't know if this is for every VO the same address or different. So look on the Affirmation of Oath that you sign.

Hi, I figured that out that my home office is Edmonton even I send everything to Nova Scotia. All good :-) just waiting now.

If you look at the email address they send the invite it tells you. Mine was CIC-Edmonton-Citizenship

No we live in Alberta but we had to send our application to Nova Scotia. Just confused about that we send everything to NS and get the invites from Edmonton Alberta. And they say Edmonton is a very slow office :) .
