If you are pnp immigrant, can you work in your province but live in another province. For example Ontario nominee candidate residing in Gatineau, Quebec since it's just about 15 minutes from Ottawa, Ontario. But works in Ottawa. Is it possible? And is it legal?

Good day, Please I would like to know if accepting the nomination automatically updates your score by adding the 600 points or one would need to update the EE profile and include the nomination certificate before the point adds? Like my situation is that I am not ready to receive ITA right...
