There are quite few of us (AOR early April) from CIO, Sydney waiting for background check to be complete. Feels like CIO Sydney is dead for FSW-O .

BIL will come sooner or later. I received my BIL on Aug 1. AOR is April 11. That's almost 4 months from AOR. You shouldn't be too worried about it.

I am FSW-O and gonna complete 5 months processing time in September but it also doesn't seem to be of much relief. Considering some MP should be willing to look into the matter. Not sure how CIO, Sydney planning to move everyone's file together.

People who have their files with CIO Sydney and stuck at security, what are you planning to do once you surpass the processing time? I am near to my processing time and the file from CIO doesn't seem to move at all.

You should call them now. The processing time has changed to 6 months and they can at least flag your file for an Officer who can open your file and start processing. But its really upto you. If you have more patience to wait then by all means.. do.

Hey!! Is your Category FSW-O or PNP? If its FSW-O, did you ask the agent to flag your file since your file crossed the minimum timeline?

I am FSW-O, April AOR 11 and still waiting for BIL. MEP Passed. Its gonna be 2 months in 4 days without BIL for me. The dude is being unnecessarily cranky and impatient. We all are in same boat and have a lot in line.

What purpose did you select when you applied for PCC. The PCC I got from PSK, (Ahmedabad) India doesn't not have any time period mentioned. I guess they have prescribed format in which they issue PCC. I was in Jaipur from 2011 to 2019. Moved to Ahmedabad 2019-2023. Time period is nowhere...

My university have sent the transcripts of marksheet of all the three years. and i have uploaded the degree online from my WES account. I dont know what is document by document evaluation. You get your degree/Education evaluated I.e LL.B
