I submitted the application on 23rd feb. still no change in the status. :(

Duplicate profiles of same person is not allowed. you could get banned for doing it. Just pick the NOC which is more aligned to you and has better chance of being picked. The grey area is only that one profile can be individual and another can be with spouse. But even that, I dont now if its...

I had changed file name back when I was getting the error. Its coincidental that changing file name worked for you because around the same time, OINP also fixed the error at their end.

Please take a look at this page https://www.ontario.ca/document/oinp-document-checklists . The documents required are different for different streams. Follow whats relevant to you.

You can take screenshot of the error and send to ontarionominee@ontario.ca . My status was updated in about 36-48 hours. I also called my bank to check if the amount was not held up by them which they confirmed. I did get a response from ontarionominee@ontario.ca much sooner than the 5 days...

Yes I sent them an email, but the problem was resolved even before they responded to my email.
