It will be sent directly. You can follow up with a webform after 48 hrs to request the medical update on your account ...but usually its gets updated the same day you get your ppr . you will first receive a correspondence letter and few hours or 24-48hrs later ppr will follow

Just to add to my initial comment , reconsideration requests are only for the cases where you are 100% sure its an error from the VO side and you can prove it . Either than that then its better to reapply else you will be refused again.

First and immediate thing to do is to order for GCMS notes . Secondly do you have any idea as to which document they are doubting its authenticity? Thirdly you could raise a reconsideration request if you are sure which document they are having an issue with . Maybe you can attest it and...

if its upfront medicals then it will be difficult to tell when PPR will be sent , however if you are requested for medicals then PPR is just around the corner ( maybe a week or two)…it could even be a few days

timelines for Accra VO are around 4 months so please try to take your mind off it for now….Yes i know its not an easy advice to take but try …P.s i didnt take that advice myself lol
