    Hi, In my EE profile I am getting only 128 points for CRS - Human Capital - First Official Language Proficiency; whereas as I understand maximum points are 136. I scored 12-11-12-12 in CELPIP-G, am I losing 8 points for scoring 1 less than maximum in reading? Thanks
