Speaking from my experience on Mac, Whenever this happens you need to quit the browser. When I say quit it should be right-clicking on the app icon in the dock and selecting the quit option or from the menubar use (Chrome -> Quit Google Chrome). And try again, it should work.

Hi when did you inquire through webform and when did you get the response? did you select application type as sponsorship and PGP?

You can see some basic information, name, application #, UCI and dependent list and all the topics, like biometrics, Medical, etc.. and individual updates for those topics.. I assume that will get changed as application proceed.. Yes, I submitted a webform request.. lets see when it gets updated.
