Look on the attached document not the email. The attached document is the AIP letter.

It's written in your AIP. And their email address is included as well, so that you can forward all the required documents for stage 2 processing.

It must be sent to the office processing your stage 2. Usually Niagara BRO for H&C applications.

Mine is almost 3 Months. I have called severally and sent email to processing office too but to no avail. It does appear that there is a technical glitch with Niagara systems causing this delays. I understand they are working to resolve the issue and hopefully soon.

Congratulations again. Now you know that JR has nothing to do with H&C. Meanwhile I hope you haven't paid for the JR hearing? If not, please DO NOT PAY! Ask your lawyer to put it in Abeyance pending when final decision is made on H&C. Save yourself the money... You don't need the JR anymore.

Send them an email with your information and requesting an appointment to pick-up seized documents. Let them know you are now PR and date of PR confirmation.
