My brother applied for Canadian Visa on Feb 19, 2022 on new portal. Still no reply, status bar not showing any progress. Its 6months (180 days). As per online time showing 101 days. Any thoughts or anyone in same situation?

Sending webform does not change address as stated by IRRC. This is causing delay, you should change address on GC key.

why you received two passport requests if your mother is in Canada. Did you change address online?

All completed same day.

port of entry is airport they landed, in my case it was Pearson Toronto and current address is m address as my parents living with me or you can provide address where they are living to mail PR card.

Just to share with others who asked about PR Card. My parents virtual landing was on April 14th, 2022, got eCOPR on April 19th, 2022. We received PR cards yesterday May 9th, 2022. So it was about 3 weeks for us. We are in Ontario.

How you link PR application with GC key ?

Get new medical done as soon as possible, I had same situation, waisted 5 months, sent them many emails, webform and earlier medical results, they never replied or updated file with medical results received. After 5 month waist I did medical and it appeared online within 2-3 weeks.

Don't be disappointed, mine was transferred to Vancouver on Feb 22, 2022 as well. Finalized on April 14th. so hang in there, they are working on each application.

Usually it’s same day if all documents are correct and landing fee is paid in full. Make sure to select each applicant in portal and scroll all the way down to download eCOPR.

I got my OHIP card already (temporary). I brought copy of eCOPR with application.

In my case PCC was requested May 21, 2021, Final decision last week

I got Portal request on April 14th,, submitted all same day and got eCOPR same day.

I brought that letter with me indicating you PR application has been approved, they did not accept and ask for COPR so I did not argue.
