Sorry to hear about your refusal. For the meantime, I'll suggest you relax and get over it first. When you're ready, apply for gcms notes. You'll know the exact reasons. This will help you address the VO's doubts in your next application. Delay is not denial. Best wishes bro.

Please hold on with the medical. A medical request usually comes before BVL. If you didn't get a request from them before getting the BVL, I think it will be best to wait to save you the cost and time of doing one.

If it's possible to defer to a different start date still in the summer term or fall term, I'll suggest you do that. They can send a deferral letter or a new LOA then you forward to ircc. Online classes are a bit challenging and I don't know of your school's refund policy.
