It is possible but you need to get in contact with the VAC in your country to get their approval and timeline. I was thinking the same thing when I wanted to travel back in December. I got in touch with my VAC and they said I could get the stamp on 1 week after approval for my visa in Canada.

Mine took 14 days exactly.

Usually the passport is dispatched before tracking gets activated that's why some people get their passport in the mail one day after tracking is activated. Just wait a few days before attempting to change your flight. There is time.

You might get counferfoil this week. The holidays might have delayed your application just like mine.

You can expect PPR between 3 - 5 weeks after application submission. I got mine in week 4.

Really? How? Did they attached the approval letter in PDF and send it to your email? Did you apply on paper? My understanding is that every communication is through the portal. You only get notify through your email that there is message in your online portal.
