How can I access my tracker? Link to old tracker doesn’t work anymore…I’ve tried to reset my password but still doesn’t work. I get an error message saying that “UCI” and/or password is incorrect. Any clue or advice is much appreciated.

EXACTLY RIGHT! That’s what I was going to mention. The processing time is back to normal. Hopefully we get out passport very soon.

Congratulations!!! was that urgent processing? How long did you have to wait to get your passport? Have you provided any proof of imminent travel?

Thank you for providing in-depth details in regards to passport backlog and current application trend. Yes I applied for my passport Regular service via Service Canada on Monday October 3rd 2022. ETA February 6th 2023. What is the link where we can check the status online ? Do you mind sharing info?

Anyone from August 18th 2022 Virtual Oath receive their Citizenship certificate today?

Do they leave a note on your file stating that your certificate is mailed out ?

Hi Everyone! I’m an August 2021 applicant. I took the Oath of Citizenship on August 18th 2022 and I’m still waiting for my Citizenship Certificate. I’ve called IRCC call center multiple times and I get the same answer every time…to call back after September 29th 2022 if I still haven’t received it.

How do you know she’s on vacation? Is she the one who is supposed to mail out our Certificates?

Same Officer! Her name starts with “E” and ends with “a”. I don’t know what to do…..I’m so frustrated now

This waiting game is driving us NUTS!!! I can’t believe that I’m still waiting to receive my Citizenship Certificate!!! It’s been more than a month since I took the Oath on August 18th 2022…still nothing!!! No certificate received yet!! I just called IRCC and I was very frustrated.

why does it take so long? If it’s been mailed out on September 9th, it’s Been two weeks already…you should have received it by now

Oath done on August 18th 2022…Still waiting for my Certificate! Booked an appointment on October 3rd at Service CANADA for passport application….thinking of cancelling my appointment since I still haven’t received my certificate.
