This just happened to me. Forgot to write my name on the back of the stamped photo and they had to send back the application for it to get fixed.

Hello, I sent my adult passport application through Xpresspost (Canada Post) to the address, Passport Program Canada Gatineau, QC K1A 0G3. Several days later, the mail tracking shows that it was delivered to "Missasauga, Ontario". Is anybody else experiencing this?
