My biometrics were taken in 2019, but when checking using the CIC tool it shows that they were expired in 2022. Don't they last for 10 years?

Feb 14, RPD decision March 8, notice of appeal April 8, RAD appeal submission. No, it was based on Credibility

Nothing yet. My lawyer perfected and submitted the appeal on April 8, 2022. I heard it's taking long nowadays to receive RAD decision. Are you waiting too?

I hope so and wish you all the best. The hearing was on Jan 17/22 and the decision was received on Feb 14/22.

All the Lebanese I know got accepted. So don't worry. My case wasn't based on the current economical crisis. I have a story and I wasn't expecting a rejection but, unfortunately, we received a negative decision and the reason was a credibility issue. Even my lawyer was surprised.
