Yeah, I was in the States when applying. I have emailed IRCC and also VAC in China, waiting for their responses now. Does anyone konw how can we call IRCC from outside of Canada?

Did remed in Nov 2021, and received request for passport last Friday. However, they were asking me to send passport to VAC in new york, however, i'm currently in China, can I send to a VAC in China? Anyone had any experience requesting to send passport to another VAC?
