Need support on petition to eliminate PGP lottery system

This solution is nonsensical. We would be looking at the years long wait similar to the current US system.

Leaving Canada for 3-4 months while waiting for BG and Eligibility (Outland)

I don't know if you are trying to purposefully miss the point here or not... The point most respondents are try to make to you is their is No definite legal definition of what is a short stay. Therefore it is up to the officers discretion as to what *short stay* means. Each officer will decide...

Visitor visa for parents; one got approved and the other one got refusal!!! Please suggest

Technically as the IRCC will tell you there is no formal process to appeal a TRV However there is an informal one. You can submit via web form for a reconsideration However, you may not place a request just because you disagree with the officer’s decision. You have to include enough information...

Question on Healthcare while on Tourist Visa/Inland Sponsorship/OWP

Agreed. It was worth it to us as based on the home country of my spouse PR would take longer so AIP came monthssss after PR. But as I said it's a pain and I agree with all your points.

Question on Healthcare while on Tourist Visa/Inland Sponsorship/OWP

Ontario. You can get coverage for a year after AIP. IT WAS A PAIN TO DO. I had to call the head office and let them explain to the agent that it is possible etc etc. Further, I wouldn't count on OHIP as the policy changes easily.

You don't have to be married for any length of time to prove you have a genuine relationship. I have never heard of this. Did she do a medical and was exaimed by the IRCC before you landed? Her application for a OWP was refused there is no restoration of her status as a OWP holder using that...

You said you recently became a PR..Why wasn't your wife on your application as a dependent. Either as a common law partner or as your spouse...when did you become a PR and what was your martial status at the time. Were you honest with the IRCC at the time of landing,?

Over a Year since any Activity

Right now your options are limited. If you are in Canada you can call IRCC at which point you can speak with an agent hopefully or you can contact them via the webform for an update. I am not sure the response time on the webform right now.

    stuck on sponsorship eligibility (SA)

Following the Bill C-46 changes, a permanent resident convicted for an impaired driving offence can lose their status and face deportation – even for a first-time DUI offence, no matter what the sentence. So the question really is what is your status in Canada?

    Marriage Fraud

Both men and women can be abusers. No debate on that. My comment was in response to the OP's situation in particular and not a commentary on whether or not women are automatically *right*.
