    I received email stating that "A preliminary review of the above-noted application has been conducted", is that mean review of the application is done or in-progress?

    Learned this from friends process that if there is additional document request than it takes couple of weeks but if all documents are in order with full information, chances are there that decision could be made in few weeks or just few days.

    This is no tech. So yaa it will take time. Tech draw applications are faster processed in compare to general draw application
