In my case, I didn't hear anything from them after sending the signed form via email, and then I got my certificate in the mailbox 5days after the ceremony. I guess they will reach out to you via email if there's a problem with your signed form. If not, then you're fine.

The email that you received for your oath will have the abbreviation of the office. No, it wasn't an urgent request. I think another person in this thread (or the Scarborough thread) also mentioned he got the certificate 4 days after the ceremony too.

No, it was not an urgent request as I don't travel outside of Canada until late Feb. My office is Scarborough.

I had my ceremony with the Scarborough office. I got my certificate in less than 1 wk.

The Scarborough office is very quick in sending out certificates. My ceremony was less than 1 wk ago and I got the certificate in my mailbox this morning.

Different than what I was told. In our ceremony, the head clerk said that only write the name of the registration clerk in the email subject line.

I spoke with them on Monday. I heard you would never be successful with the first 3 attempts. I was connect on the 8th attempt :(

I called this number 888-242-2100 in around 10:30 AM and only succeeded after my 8th attempt :( You have to be patient to get connected with them.

I was able to speak with an IRCC agent It has been more than 20 days for me but I haven't received any communications from the Scarborough office, and the tracker still shows "Not Started". I only knew I am scheduled after speaking with an IRCC agent on the phone.

I have a similar timeline as yours. Only knew I had mine scheduled in 2 wks by speaking with an IRCC agent on the phone. Tracker still shows "Not Started" and still now email received.

You can try. I dropped them an email but haven't seen any responses.

Does anyone from Scarborough/Toronto that have everything turned "Completed" (except for Oath) in early Nov but still waiting for Oath ceremony invite? I have seen a few that got invited but Oath still shows "Not Started" for me. Not sure what could have happened here.
