Following up, my PR card sent out on May 31, received on June 8, exactly the same timeline, GTA, Ontario, one week and one day to arrive. So the card is sent out from Nova Scotia, Thank you for the information and accompany through this journey.

I applied for PGWP the similar time as you, in May 2021, and the process took 3 months. And you can check the old posts here, a guy from BC got approved at the similar time as mine, but he or she waited for more than one year.

I know a guy from BC also got nearly 1 year application, contacting MP is a good option, Good luck, I know the waiting is harrowing. Are you in BC?

I use my old medical from study permit and my COR is in Canada. My medical showed pass 20 days after AOR.

And may I ask, if no ADR after BIL, the next thing is the GOLDEN EMAIL?

Just stick to CIC website, and write explanation. They may ask you to update PCC if they really need, and Canada and US already shared information. I used my old US PCC, old PCC of another country, my old medical done 4 years ago, and my medical passed in 20 days, and received the BIL in 30...
