    I have read many people in many other PNP programs (like SINP) saying that a P.Eng license is required to apply for PNP. If I have a job offer for a 2133 job, but I have no P.Eng license, can I apply for paper based OINP ? (Foreign Worker Stream)

    Are you sure ? I have read many posts from people who want PNP but when they receive their ITA, they find out they need to send a license. Is this not the case for CEC ?

    Hello. My job duties match the duties in NOC 2133. I meet the requirements for CEC as I have been working for over 1 year, but I do not have a P.Eng or any other license. Since 2133 is regulated, do I need to obtain a license ? Will the ITA require it ? Please help, thank you.
