Talk to your university regarding this. Ask if we get refund if visa gets rejected while we are studying online. If it is in your favor, go for online else defer it.

I guess that you might receive by this week, it seems. I am following ppr timeline videos in youtube and most of the applications on which the final decision made were lodged before Oct 20.

Does anyone applied for study permit in the month of November, 2021 and received PPR? I heard that now ppr is being received by persons who has applied before October 20. Applications lodged on November end will take till February middle to get decision, is it true?
