Similar case here! What did you do with your BOWP? Did you withdraw the application or are you just waiting for them to cancel it? I can’t find definitive answers on what should we do in this case!

Last time I checked which was Feb. 3 my PVO was Etobicoke and SVO Vancouver, not sure if they changed since then, but portal email came from Etobicoke

Not yet, still showing "In Progress". From what I have seen so far, it usually changes the day after you get the Portal Email.

In person! I remember last year when I renewed I had to send an email, but this time they told me the process changed and just showing the letter + proof of employment was enough

If you show them your WP-EXT letter, they will extend your OHIP up until the date that is shown in the letter. I did that and it worked :)

Hopefully they are just not very good at updating the tracker lol we are all around the 4 month mark now, eligibility should be at least in progress :rolleyes:

You just need to keep calling. There's been days that I call 20+ times with no luck, and then one day I call once and it works. I don't think there is a rule for this, just be patient (I know its hard) and keep calling. It will work eventually.

My AOR is October 24 and eligibility not started either, they are completely random. I see people with AOR December getting portal email, ridiculous!

Wow that's already 7 of us in the same situation, this VO is indeed very slow!
