Sure! I checked and the form says the other website is for online applications, mine is paper. Yet, I checked witht he new tracker and it doesn't really show me extra info, it says the same as the website

They don't ask you incoming proof for CSQ. I guess they will if it is about grandparents or children, but for spouse, only the forms. But I am not sure what is the best for your case

Yes, received. It is hard to tell when you'll hear about them again. After AOR1, you should receive SA (if not attached to the AOR letter) or medical request and then SA. I suggest you to try to find a similar case for you here in the threads to kind of follow up. Everything seems slower...

I am not quite sure. Some people do not even receive one. It stands for a letter from your visa office saying they received it and will start processing it.
