From Philippines to canada..

I am approved to study in Canada.. but i have an exit reentry visa in KSA - the re entry visa going back to ksa had expired, so i am assuming i will be blacklisted in ksa. Will it affect my entry to Canada?

If blacklisted from ksa, eligibile to enter Canada?

Just wondering if i will change program but the same school, will the immigration officer at point of entry question why i change my program? And will not allow me to enter canada if the program is far different from the first approved program?

Please i need enlightenment, is it possible for an Open work permit holder of a Student to enter in canada first, cos he got a job offer, now im wondering if the immigration allow him to enter in canada with out me (the student permit holder) my classes will start fall of 2022. thank you
