I think you misunderstood my answer, my bad. This 27k that I have is the fund that is on top of the tuition and GIC which I've already paid thus totaling the sum at around ~53k.

I see. 50k as in combined sum? Currently, I have liquid funds estimating around 27k. My sponsor also has a permanent income of around $2k/mo. What do you think?

I agree that that this isn't the ideal amount when we talk about the reality but it is what is needed to fulfil the bare minimum criteria and yes, the program is indeed of two years long duration.

Yeah, man. Things are in a real pickle at the moment. Honestly? I don't have that much to show but I guess I can try my luck for one last time. Thank you all for your valuable feedback. I really appreciate it.

As to justify the program, I’ve collected extensive information. I’ve also collected the mostly negative reviews of said “local institutes”. I’ve collected a data of average pay in the industry in my home country. I’ve also listed down the people from my LinkedIn who only have a diploma as their...

I agree but my case is complicated hence it needed a thorough explanation. I don’t believe in writing useless crap. I had low grades, my program is not technically relevant to my studies, lack of work experience and all that stuff. I did not want to write just a couple lines and that’s probably...

    Just recieved my GCMS notes.

I provided a nearly 10 pages long Letter of Explanation in which I stated the exact reasons of pursuing this very program and why my bachelors is not a relevant qualification in the type of employment that I wish to pursue. Thank you for your input.

Plus, a degree would be excessive for me as I already have a beginner to intermediate level knowledge of game art concepts.

I did provide proper justification but it clearly wasn't enough. It is an Ontario College Diploma. There's no PG Diploma offered in Game-Design in any of the Canadian colleges that offers such curriculum and duration based on my research.

Hey! I graduated in 2021 and my previous education is a Bachelor of Arts in English. I do not have any work experience although I do have a portfolio of work related to game design and art that showcases my skills in relation with my proposed program. I do not think that the educational...

    Just recieved my GCMS notes.

Alright lads, just got my GCMS notes. Here's what they say: “LOA indicates annual tuition fee of $16,297. Combined with approx. $10k per year in living expenses, the total cost to the client would be $52,594. Considering this, and comparing with the employment opportunities available to the...

    Student Visa Query (Transcripts)

Yes, you do need the academic transcripts especially when you're applying for an MBA. You should have contacted your University as colleges do not care about such things. If you're trying for Jan 2023 then it's already too late if you don't have your transcripts by your side. If you apply under...

    Wife's Work Permit if divorce

I know it’s an old thread and all but this has to be the saddest thing that I’ve read on here. This person believes that cheating is forgivable and apparently they won’t do it again if you cry and beg them to stay in your life. Kind of off-topic but god damn what a clown world we live in.

    SDS category?

You don’t have to but you should provide the officers with a proof that the probability of funds for the future does exist. If you’ve provided documentation of an equivalent fund of your initial year of studies or have given the evidence that your sponsor is employed and has a sufficient enough...

    What does this mean

Don’t forget to quote the official IRCC guidelines and Cervjakova v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2018 FC 1052 JR case in your LoE. Better Call Saul it up.
