hi all I applied for visitor visa since may 2021 to meet my wife ( Canadian citizen )till the application under process i try to contact them but they keep saying they are busy with No. of application . what i can do to get the visa

i applied by paper ( mail ) on September 2021 till now i didn't hear back from them.

thanks for your reply, i don't know if you have any idea, till now i didn't hear back from IRCC , i just know recently i can apply by online for PR under family sponsorship outside of Canada do think i can do both till i hear back one of them or to wait ?

I applied thru Mail on 16 Sep 2021 , and its arrived on 23 Sep 2021 till today I didn't received the AOR . is that normal because of Covid thanks
