I received an update in my CIC account today. We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive. Does anyone know how long does it generally take the PR card to arrive once it has been mailed?

As per my understanding, you can only apply after you land in another country. So, basically, I'd have to apply once I land in Delhi
